BijouxNYC Direct is independently owned and committed to clear, fair policies. If you’re not fully satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

30-Day Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the date your package is marked Delivered by the carrier. Requests made after 30 days are not eligible.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be in original, unworn, unused condition
  • Show no signs of wear, scratching, resizing, or alteration
  • Include all original packaging, tags (if applicable), and any documentation received
  • Be returned in secure protective packaging (so it arrives safely)

Items returned with visible wear, damage, or missing packaging/materials may be refused or may qualify for a reduced refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Final sale items
  • Custom or special-order pieces
  • Resized or altered items (including resized rings)
  • Items with visible wear, damage, or missing parts/packaging

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at contact@bijouxnycdirect.com with the subject line: Return Request – Order #
  2. Include your order number and the email used at checkout.
  3. Tell us which item(s) you’re returning and the reason.
  4. Wait for return authorization and return instructions before shipping.

Returns sent without authorization may be refused or delayed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • For fine jewelry, consider shipping with insurance for added protection.

We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds typically process within 5–10 business days.

Bank processing times can vary after the refund is issued.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Take clear photos of the box, shipping label, and item(s).
  • Keep all original packaging materials.

Exchanges
